MORE LOCAL INFORMATION
- Have the right ID. If you
think that you have acceptable id, ask for a decision from the election
board on the spot, call your party representative, or
call 1-866-OUR-VOTE. Make sure you
get accurate information before accepting a provisional or conditional
provisional ballot that requires you to come back with identification. Check
http://recorder.maricopa.gov/web/voterinfo.aspx for voter id
information--there is even an Elvis impression video you can watch.
- Canvas voters
door-to-door, get out the vote,
become a poll worker or watcher, or
become a political observer. Sign
up by going to your local party website, campaign office or nonpartisan
group.
- Vote with
others for support in case you are challenged or need help.
-
Make sure that the votes be counted.
Be careful to not let a candidate declare victory in close races before all
the votes are counted.
